While gathering with her family to celebrate the wedding of her youngest sister, Rory Kennedy, Kathleen learned that another cousin, John Kennedy Jr., was missing and then later killed in a plane crash. Kathleen and David have four daughters. They live in Annapolis, MD, where Kathleen is the Lt. Governor. She is currently running for Governor.
