Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, a proud husband and father of two beautiful daughters, Christopher decided in his early 40's to fulfill his passion and desires to become an actor in the entertainment industry. Starting off in a small role on a National Lampoons full feature, Chris jumped to the cast and crew on an Original Netflix series called Lilyhammer, starring Steven Van Zandt. From there Chris landed many roles on HIT shows like "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" to "The Blacklist Redemption" and "FBI Most Wanted" on CBS. After many other shows and films, Christopher, who has studied under the famous stunt coordinator, John Cenatiempo, better known in the industry as Johnny C., hit a big one with a role: he is credited with 12 out of 13 episodes on the hit TV series on ABC, Season 1 called "FOR LIFE" starring Nicholas Pinnock, produced by Curtis "50" Cent Jackson and written by Hank Steinberg. Chris is in pre-production for a TV pilot which he has written and is starring in. The show is inspired by the true story of his own life, and based on a character called "Chrisboy", who comes home from prison after 14 years to no money, no wife, or children and tries to survive in a life that his surroundings have changed dramatically. Chris is also in the middle of shooting the second Season of the Hit Amazon Series Gravesend by William Demeo, where he plays Gaetano, one of the main characters.

His first feature film as a writer/director entitled 'The Bellwether' (the world's first female-lead solo film) was released in 2019. His award-winning shorts have also been distributed worldwide. He has written and directed 360 films and his VR branching-narrative piece "The Werewolf Experience" is being funded by the Flemish government and is due out in 2021. He has been commissioned for features, television pilots, and plays alike. He recently added "Narrative Designer" to his list of titles as he is a writer on the videogame "Ary and the Secret of the Seasons". In his theatrical career he has worked at some of the largest and well-respected theatre companies (Cirque du Soleil, The Berkeley Repertory Theatre, The Huntington Theatre Company [both Tony winners]). He helped create and performed with Cirque du Soleil for their first ever immersive environment called, "The Bar at the Edge of the Earth". He ran Broken Buddha Productions for ten years exploring the intersection of theatre, dance, circus, martial-arts, gymnastics, stage-combat, and more, producing and directing five movement-based pieces for that company. He is also an award-winning fight choreographer. Four of his plays have been produced in California; Chicago; and Melbourne, Australia. Morrison was a co-founder of Impact Theatre in Berkeley, California, which lasted 20 seasons. His directing has been called "A brave move towards a different style of theatre," and Cirque du Soleil called him "A huge asset to the creative process." His theatrical direction has been seen on both coasts of the States as well as Chicago. He is also proud to have been an arts-educator for 20+ years and has former students working all over the world. He is a proud WGAw Caucus Member.
