In addition he has done voiceover and commercial work for Sour Patch Kids, Invincibles, Alvin and The Chipmunks, Outback Steakhouse, and Disney. Anthony loves the stage as well as the screen and firmly believes in the transformative power of theatre -- as a social, political, emotional, and humanistic force.
Anthony Winson (Anthony Michael Winson) born in Derby UK and grew up in and around Nottinghamshire England. From an early age Anthony has been influenced by horror films and horror directors such as John Carpenter and Wes Craven, growing up and watching movies from such Iconic directors inspired Anthony to go out and make movies of his own. He starred in Los Angeles FF's most recent LA Muse Award-winning feature "Staycation" and garnered much attention for the leading role in "Before I Got Famous", an original comedy series for the streaming service, Revry TV. He was awarded Best New Actor by the LA Asian Pacific FF for the rom-com indie feature "Love Arcadia". He has also appeared on other network shows like "This Is Us", "Mom", "Dear White People", "NCIS: Los Angeles", "Castle", "The Mentalist", "Shameless" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live". Anthony's directorial debut for the short "The Perfect Woman" did very well in the festival circuit which made him take on another short called "Chinese Antique", a film made within one week for the 168 Hour competition, which nabbed audience awards at 168 Hour FF, NFFTY and the DisOrient Asian American FF of Oregon. "Elevator" was his latest feature that took him across the world to film in Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles and Orange County, where he attained an Honorable Mention for Screenwriting from the DisOrient Asian American FF of Oregon.
